  3. - added support for multiple CV3Ds in one machine. All installed
  4.   CV3Ds share the same config right now. The first CV3D board
  5.   will keep the known screenmode names (CV64/3D: xBit ..). All
  6.   subsequent boards will get the board number added to the
  7.   screen mode base name (CV64/3D.2: xBit .. etc.) and modified
  8.   display IDs
